GOALS
The key goals of the YOUTH TRANSITION project are as follows:
- Expand the competences of individuals from the target group and fit them to the needs of the labour market
- Enhance the social inclusion of individuals from the target group
- Encourage professionals in educational institutions, as well as parents and caregivers, to take immediate action with individuals from the target group
- Establish a unified employment network for the transition from school to the labour market
